Meet the Founders
Hi! I'm Abaan Jafri, a junior at Indian Land High School. My drive to establish Aid to Asia comes from my innate desire to lend a hand to those in need. Having personally witnessed the struggles of thousands in India and seen the dire situations in various Asian countries through the media, I felt compelled to take action. With my background in humanitarian work and volunteering at donation centers, our Aid to Asia team is determined to make a meaningful impact. When I'm not working on this mission, you'll find me on the soccer field, hanging out with friends, or spending quality time with my family.
Hello! I'm Nicholas Alummootil, currently a junior at Monroe Township High School. My recent trip to India opened my eyes to the challenges faced by people living without basic necessities, and it ignited a deep desire in me to address these issues. My goal is to create a significant and lasting positive influence on the world by tackling various challenges across Asia. This is why I chose to be a co-founder of Aid to Asia. Beyond my involvement with Aid to Asia, I have a strong passion for cooking, playing volleyball, and indulging in soccer.

Our goal is to provide struggling families with access to fundamental requirements such as food, clean water, shelter, healthcare, and education. We are dedicated to alleviating immediate suffering and promoting long-term resilience, working in partnership with Tayyab Trust Foundation to ensure that they are self-reliant and self-sustaining. Our mission underscores the values of compassion, accountability, and inclusivity, as we aim to create a more equitable and dignified future for all families in need throughout Asia.
